IndigoeReadPark offers a 30-day refund window for membership purchases when the service does not match the access described on the site or you are otherwise unsatisfied.

How Access and Refunds Interact

• Refunds relate to the membership plan purchased.
• Access includes in-browser reading and PDF download. Refund review is based on account entitlements, not email receipts, because books are not sent by email.

3. We typically acknowledge requests within 24 hours.

How Access Works

Every plan unlocks the full library while it remains active. Individual title prices are not charged — every title is included in the subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps access active through the current paid period.
